Ansible Network Automation Engineer

Our client is currently looking for a Network Automation Engineer that would be driving best practices for Ansible on the team.

Description

Tasks will include:

-Migrate existing network scripts onto Ansible Automation Platform (standard tasks include removing routes, shutting interfaces, manipulating F5 virtual servers or Datagroups etc)

- Write password rotation playbooks – local admin, snmp priv and auth

- Write service failover playbooks

- Automate customer onboarding process where only variables change (rewrite any existing templates and reimplement in Ansible)

- Automate the software upgrade process for Cisco Nexus and IOS devices, capturing pre and post status and performing a post-upgrade comparison review

- Write/review any existing templates for base network builds of equipment. For F5 builds, transition to AS3 (via Ansible) for controlling dep...
