Design, configure, and implement network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points and SDWAN.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network devices and systems.
Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
Configure and manage DHCP and DNS services to ensure efficient network operations.
Engineer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) for user management and system updates.
Engineer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID and MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) for user management and system management.
Collaborate with customer's IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications.
