Senior Network Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join Paragon's Technology team. As the Senior Network Engineer, you will be taking ownership of the design, security, and performance of their network infrastructure. This is a senior, hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across complex enterprise environments, providing 3rd line support, and mentoring junior engineers.

The role is primarily home‑based, with occasional travel to Paragon sites. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Main Responsibilities

• Designing, maintaining, and securing Paragon's global network infrastructure
• Ensuring network reliability, performance, and security, while supporting operational teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
