Senior Network Operations Center Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze alarms from RMS/CMS and recommend resolutions
• Review and validate CMS reports prior to client submission
• Ensure stable performance of CMS main and backup servers
• Perform Ping and Telnet tests via VMware to validate connectivity
• Conduct CMS configurations (templates, user access, asset properties)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network incidents
• Coordinate with Engineering, Support, QA, and Field Engineers
• Follow escalation procedures for internal and customer concerns
• Prepare site status reports and present during client meetings
• Maintain proper documentation of system activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, ECE, or any Engineering course
• At least 5-10 years experience in NOC/RMS/CMS or telecom operations
• Strong background in network monitoring and troubleshooting
