Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Provide Level 3 network and security support in enterprise environments.
• Support incident resolution and ensure adherence to service level targets.
• Troubleshoot and manage firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and related security technologies.
• Participate in high-complexity network design and implementation activities.
• Own and manage specific network/security technology domains.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer.
• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.
• Coordinate technical activities to meet operational and performance objectives.
