Senior Network Systems Engineer Hybrid

Support critical infrastructure as a Senior Network Systems Engineer at Semtech in Richmond, BC. In this hybrid role, you’ll tackle complex field issues with our wireless router platforms on the AirLink team.

As part of the high-performing AirLink System Engineering group, you will function as a technical authority, diving deep into diagnosing and resolving intricate networking challenges. Your methodical approach and strong background in Linux systems and networking protocols will drive impactful solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations into field-reported issues across router platforms
• Utilize advanced diagnostic skills in bash and Python scripting
• Answer complex queries from sales and field support teams
• Contribute to pre-release design and feature reviews
• Document methodologies and insights in Jira and Confluence
