Senior Network TAC Engineer

Position : Senior Network TAC Engineer

Job Location: EBB HQ

Employment term: Permanent

Reporting to: Customer Succession Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Tier 3 support, handling escalations from Customer Service Helpdesk.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and lead post-mortems.
• Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers, providing training and technical guidance.
• Plan, test, and implement network upgrades, improvements, and standards.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain key network technologies (e.g., Cisco, F5, SD-WAN, MPLS, firewalls, WAF).
• Monitor Internet peering, traffic management, and ensure network performance meets SLA.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams on complex issues.
• Support data center operations and ensure optimal uptime and resiliency.
