Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Senior New Patient Coordinator to manage inbound patient inquiries—primarily via SMS—and conduct scheduled phone consultations as needed. This is not a high-volume, script-driven call center role. Instead, you will build trust through thoughtful, consultative conversations, guiding prospective patients toward the appropriate next step in their care journey.
This role requires consistent daytime availability and rapid response times when new inquiries are received. While lead flow may vary throughout the day, you are expected to remain attentive and ready to engage promptly.
