Job Description

Principal Product Engineer for SiC JFET Division for New Product Development. The Product Engineer delivers new products to market on time with expected product and process robustness, focusing on technology platform and new products development execution, design for manufacturability, development cycle time, new product performance and cost, and production. This role interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve complex technical problems.
Work with a team of NPD Engineers supporting business unit objectives.
Maintain NPD project ownership and provide project timelines to stakeholders for smooth project completion.
Define Product (SiC JFETs/CJFETs/MOSFETs) specification requirements for new products with technology development engineering and product marketing leader.
Validate electrical parameters through evaluating electrical characterization data following NPD process.
