Manage build readiness by defining prototype requirements, coordinating clear‑to‑build activities, and supporting manufacturing partners through each build phase. Oversee production performance, including yield tracking, cost‑reduction planning, and Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy throughout the product lifecycle. Guide failure analysis and troubleshooting activities with internal engineers and contract manufacturers.
