What You'll Do

• To manage the industrialization of new products according to the New Products Development - NPI Guide.
• To manage product transfers according to the New Products Development - STP Guide.
• To manage VAVE project according to the VAVE Guide.
• To lead the Project Management Council of the Plant.
• Set up and follow the industrial project organization (team, budget, schedule, cost, risk...)
• Manage the industrial project team: process, test, quality, and production according to the NPI/STP/VAVE guides.
• Monthly/weekly review project status.
• Monthly monitor KPI goals such as % on Schedule, % on MFG costs ,Gate4 PRA score,Gat...
