Job Description

Responsibilities

Ocean Freight (Exports – Imports)

Identifying opportunities between Imports deliveries and Exports collections

To be responsible for the process of some shipments (full loads & Groupage).

Providing operational assistance to the operators.

Carry out Backoffice / administrative tasks (invoicing, retrieving PODs, etc.).

To Cover for each operator when on holidays, sick or helping them when workload is heavy.

To be compliant with Operations processes, and, make sure that the operators are compliant too.

To maintain a very good working relationship with the staff members, partners, sub-contractors and customers
Skills and Experience
100% fluency and clarity in spoken and written English to standard of first language is essential.

Work experience in an Office environment in Ireland (1 year min).
