Role Overview
We are a growing Upwork Agency led by a Senior Industrial Engineering expert (NED/ VU Alum). We specialize in solving complex manufacturing and supply chain problems for international clients using Odoo. We are looking for a Technical Hand to implement the Brain of our operations. You will work directly with the Lead Engineer to build custom modules, automate shop-floor workflows, and integrate complex manufacturing logic.
Technical Requirements:
Core Odoo: Deep expertise in Odoo 16/ 17/ 18 (Enterprise & Community).
Python Specialist: Strong Object-Oriented Programming in Python. You must understand Odoos ORM, inheritance, and business logic layers.
Manufacturing (MRP) Expertise: Must have experience customizing the Odoo Manufacturing, Inventory, and PLM modules.
