Responsibilities

1. Check and prepare for next-level authorization related to fixed deposits placement and maintenance.
2. Check and prepare for next-level authorization of account operation-related transactions following internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines.
3. Verify and update account maintenance functions such as placing/removing holds, updating addresses, etc.
4. Assist in processing loan operations and audit confirmations.
5. Perform any other tasks as assigned.
6. AML/CTF Responsibilities: Support frontline staff and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements and sanctions risk controls in line with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
