Job Description

Retail Banking Operations involves supporting financial transactions and the issuance of banking instruments. This includes cashier's orders and demand drafts.

• Verify customer or business unit letters/memos to ensure documents are complete for processing.


• Confirm customer/business unit signatures to ensure compliance with BU grids.



• Maintain vigilance when performing transactions, reporting any unusual activity immediately to supervisors。
