*Position Summary *
The position is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational functions in MABKargo, Import Breakdown. This includes monitoring operations, ensuring compliance with handling requirements and regulations, and meeting the customer service agreements.

*Key Accountabilities *

• To ensure all inbound and transit cargo are breakdown and properly handled in accordance with company standard operating procedures, achieve service standard and requirements.
• To ensure all inbound cargo is released to customers within the service standard.
• To maintain good rapport and close relationships with all customers, freight forwarders, shippers and customer Airlines.
• To prepare any performance, irregularity and discrepancy report when required.
