1) Forecast – monthly

ANALYZE variances between actual/ forecast/ budget. Revise forecasts for subsequent months and for the financial year.

2) Financial reporting – monthly

Prepare GP ANALYSIS to be incorporated into monthly management account. Prepare MCM presentation slides and financial results portion of MOR reports.

3) Product costing – quarterly

To ANALYZE customer quotation costing (fixed fees) vs actual before project team negotiating with customers for price up.

4) Profitability analysis – monthly

Calculate profitability by brand, category and model, at gross profit, gross contribution and profit before interest level. ANALYZE fluctuations and variances.
