Senior Officer – MIS

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Officer – MIS to support the Residential Leasing Department through data consolidation, dashboard updates, reporting, and market research.

The role will support the Marketing Analyst and Business Intelligence team by transforming data into clear, summarized, and actionable insights for business decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update dashboard data/content accurately and concisely
• Update and manage availability price lists for leasing agents
• Collect and download data from Oracle, online portals, web services, and public sources
• Clean, organize, and convert data into reports and dashboards
• Support market research on rental trends, market positioning, and competitor performance
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Legal, IT, Residential and Commercial teams for data consolidation
