**1. Blue-Collar Payroll & Time Office Management**

+ You will be responsible for managing daily attendance, shifts, and leave records for all shop-floor workers through biometric systems or manual muster rolls.
+ You will be responsible for processing monthly wages for hourly workers, including accurate overtime (OT) calculations as per revised Haryana statutory limits (up to 115–156 hours per quarter).
+ You will be responsible for managing statutory deductions such as EPF, ESIC, and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
+ You will be responsible for handling Full & Final (F&F) settlements for resigned or retired workers, including gratuity and leave encashment calculations.
+ You will be responsible for processing EPFO claims and transfer requests.

**2. Labour & Statutory Compliance (Haryana Specific)**
