Senior Officer, Treasury Operations

Job Purpose

• Handle the Mashreq Securities related activities as per laid down procedures and ensure that there is no operational loss.
• Timely submission of MIS to the stakeholders

Key result Areas

• Execution of Corporate Actions relates to DFM / ADX / NASDAQ markets along with GCC related markets.
• Handle NIN related activities and Stock Transfers to and from market
• Financial posting in the core system including daily settlements and Fund transfers
• Handling and resolving Customer queries
• Preparation and execution of trade confirmation to the customers
• Reconciliation of customer portfolio along with Mashreq's portfolio with the market including GCC markets, as per agreed intervals and investigations in case of any exception
• Monitoring of LTV through out the day and reporting to TCM upon occurrence of any shortfalls or Margin calls
