Senior Oma Contracts Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Ocean Winds is expanding its operational footprint and is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the oversight and delivery of long-term Operations & Maintenance (O& M) contracts across its OW portfolio. This role will ensure commercial excellence, contractual compliance, and strategic alignment with the company's objectives.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as the principal point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters related to O& M agreements.
- Ensure Ocean Winds meets its obligations under existing O& M contracts, maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance.
- Proactively manage risk, drive operational efficiency, and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
