Ocean Winds is expanding its operational footprint and is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the oversight and delivery of long-term Operations & Maintenance (O U0026M) contracts across its OW portfolio. This role will ensure commercial excellence, contractual compliance, and strategic alignment with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities
Act as the principal point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters related to O U0026M agreements.
Ensure Ocean Winds meets its obligations under existing O U0026M contracts, maintaininghigh standards of service delivery and compliance.
Proactively manage risk, drive operational efficiency, and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
