 : Our client is a popular sizable retail firm with 80+ stores in Hong Kong and Macau. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for potential incumbent who possess both strategic thinking and down-to-the-earth leadership style.
Oversee the UI/UX functions for all digital platforms
Develop short to long terms UI/UX strategy and plans with multi-angle consideration, such as end user experience, market feedback and trend, business direction, etc.
Provide hands-on involvement in full cycle of the development of UX design artefacts as well as drive the team to execute the projects towards the business goals
Determine the gaps of interactions between the business and consumer, hence to identify and design the solution in both technical and workflow sides to enhance the consumer experience
Build and manage a team of UX and UI designers and/or external vendors, manage budget and overall deliverable timeli...
