Role Purpose
The Senior Onboarding & Professional Services Consultant leads structured, deadline-driven implementation projects for complex, end-to-end SaaS solutions and supports presales scoping to ensure delivery integrity.
This role requires deep experience delivering full operational systems, not point tools. You will manage onboarding engagements that typically run between 4 and 6 weeks, requiring disciplined milestone control, stakeholder leadership, and structured execution.
In addition, you will partner with Sales during presales to conduct requirements scoping sessions, assess implementation complexity, identify risks, and ensure proposals are aligned with delivery capability.
This role ensures delivery integrity from presales through go-live.
