Senior Onsite It Support Specialist (Santiago)

Publicisgroupe is seeking an Onsite Tech Support Senior Associate in Santiago, Chile, to provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support in both on‑site and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support critical users and ensure minimal downtime.
• Contribute to IT infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Fluent in English (B2+).
