Responsibility

• Establish, manage and control budget and personal planning for the department.
• Coordinate with plant controlling the regular monitoring and the budget achievement.
• Work with QA function in order to analyze failure/scrap and improve the scrape rate and, ensuring the operators in production department to fulfill quality policies.
• Define and provide the necessary training to develop the know-how of the team members and ensure a competitive service.
• Evaluate the performance of production team members, encourage innovation and improvement in production field, support team member to complete tasks. ...
