Senior Operational Excellence Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**



+ Provide engineering and technical support to assembly operations, including machining, welding, quality, and manufacturing engineering functions to ensure smooth production flow.

+ Support product localization initiatives by upgrading process capabilities and transferring technical knowledge to operations teams.

+ Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and Lean initiatives through time studies, workflow analysis, Kaizen events, and waste elimination activities.

+ Support company goals, policies, and operational excellence objectives.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Planning, Project Management, and Quality teams to meet production and delivery targets.

+ Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and corporate documentation to define manufacturing requirements for new or revised part numbers.
