Job Scope

• Arrange and coordinate shipments by sea, air or land
• Apply the necessary customs permits
• Liaise with contractors on timely collection and delivery of cargoes
• Liaise with respective overseas offices and agents
• Attending to site meetings, surveys & loadouts as and when required
• Acknowledge incoming invoices and raise invoices to customers for payment
• Update and operate the Operations System (BLU)
• Update the tracking and tracing tools when in place for respective project
• Prepare quotations to clients, other office or agents
• Request and negotiate ad-hoc quotations from approved carriers, supplier and sub‑contractor to ensure quality service at the best possible rate
