Senior Operations Engineer

Job Description As a Senior Operations Engineer, you'll be a key support in the day-to-day management of our integrated chemical waste treatment facility, working directly with the Operations Manager. You will ensure the plant operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all environmental and production standards.
Monitor and supervise the operations team to ensure all EHS and production goals are met, provide guidance and advice for corrective action in the event of any plant upsets or hiccups which include conducting investigation/troubleshooting.
Monitor the performance of the production processes:
Develop and manage the OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) framework.
Be knowledgeable on how to achieve operating targets and strategies (KPI).
Lead the operating team to achieve those results.
