Job Description

                    Responsibilities:  Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the properties (Accommodation for Healthcare Professionals). 
Monitoring of day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations. 
To carry out operation and workflow of the properties. 
To carry out regular inspections of properties and perform preventive property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition. 
Handle complaints actively and take remedial actions to resolve problems. 
Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements. 
Support in managing the planning, coordination, and execution of various social events for residents, ensuring client satisfaction, logistical efficiency, and adherence to budgetary and timelines. 
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
