Senior Operations Executive

Our Client:

• Logistics Supply Chain, MNC
• 5 Days, Office Hours
• Alps Ave (Company transport provided) / Changi South (Nearby Expo MRT)
• UP $4500 Basic + AWS + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of the warehouse and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure that the program meets the delivery timeline, inventory integrity records within budgeting costing
• Attend to customers enquiries and complains
• Uphold inventory integrity and manage material usage and purchases
• Handle headcount, approval of staff leave, and OT hours
• Documentation of work instructions and conduct on job training whenever required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of Supervisory experience in managing a team of 10 in Warehousing Operations
• Singaporeans only
