Senior Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly reliable and hands‑on Senior Operations Executive to oversee Ventamin’s end‑to‑end operational execution across logistics, fulfilment, inventory, suppliers, retail, and e‑commerce platforms.

This role goes beyond daily execution. You will take ownership of operational continuity, ensuring there are no stockouts, no fulfilment disruptions, and clear operational reporting as the business scales across multiple countries and sales channels.

Logistics & 3PL Warehouse Management

• Manage and coordinate 3PL warehouses for storage, picking, packing, and fulfilment
• Oversee stock in / stock out accuracy across warehouses and platforms
• Coordinate inbound shipments via DHL, freight forwarders, and suppliers to local warehouse, overseas warehouses, and Amazon FBA
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and fulfilment issues proactively
