Senior Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily vessel operations, including ship supply, delivery scheduling, and service arrangements

• Liaise with vessels, agents, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

• Plan and monitor vessel schedules, anchorage operations, and last-mile delivery

• Prepare, verify, and follow up on operational documents (delivery orders, service reports, job records, etc.)

• Handle on-site operational issues and provide timely solutions

• Ensure operations are carried out in compliance with port, safety, and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in marine operations, ship supply, logistics, or related fields
