You'll work directly with the founders to establish: End-to-end operational systems and workflows.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all functional areas.
Comprehensive operations manuals development and roll outs.
Training frameworks and on boarding pathways.
Performance standards and KPI structures.
Store opening procedures for future roll outs. Your work will form the blueprint for national growth, ensuring consistency, efficiency, profitability and strong brand identity across all future stores.
