Senior Operations & Regulatory Manager

An international group with active operations in Peru is seeking a Senior Operations & Regulatory Manager for a direct, long-term position reporting to top management.

This is not a consulting role.

This is a hands-on leadership position, central to the organization's operational and regulatory backbone.

Scope of Responsibility

• End-to-end office, operations, and execution control
• Direct ownership of imports, registrations, and regulatory processes
• Daily interface with government authorities and public institutions
• Oversight of administrative, financial, and compliance workflows
• Active use of ERP systems (SAP) and advanced digital / AI tools
• Cross-functional coordination and executive-level reporting

Profile Sought

• Master's degree or higher (Accounting, Finance, Law – strong advantage)
• 5–10+ years in senior operations...
