About The Role

The Senior Manager – Broker Admin Program is responsible for leading the Broker Admin Program to deliver consistent, high‑quality administrative support at scale across Lendi Group.

This role combines people leadership, relationship management, program ownership, and operational excellence to drive consistent broker satisfaction, strong admin engagement and retention, and standardised, efficient, and scalable workflows.
