About The Role

Our LatAm Travel team works in close collaboration with in-market regional teams and is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution for airport operations across Latin America. We are looking for a sharp, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with a strong mix of project management, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving ability. In this role, you will operationalize processes and lead high‑impact initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

What The Candidate Will Do

• Strategic Ownership: Lead airport operations initiatives across LatAm by proactively identifying business needs, prioritizing projects, and defining the best path to achieve strategic objectives.
• OKRs and Performance Management: Own key metrics and OKRs, providing strategic direction and ensuring consistent execution across initiatives to meet regional targets.
