Senior Operations Manager

The Sr. Operations Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily airport services operations while taking direct ownership of warehouse and cargo execution. This role bridges strategic station leadership with hands‑on operational management — leading frontline warehouse teams, driving process improvements, managing inventory and facility operations, and coordinating with airline clients and airport authorities to deliver consistent, high‑quality service in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and service delivery across the station
• Take direct ownership of warehouse operations, including inventory management, process optimization, and facility oversight
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel for optimum performance and development
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and warehouse KPIs
