Drive organizational development and workforce planning, ensuring strong leadership pipelines, succession planning, and high-performing operational teams.
Partner with key stakeholders to execute business strategies, lead commercial discussions, support contract renewals, and manage strategic customer relationships.
Take ownership of the overall P&L performance for major business portfolios, driving profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
