Senior Operations Manager (Bakery)

Reporting to: General Manager

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Plan, lead, organize, and manage daily operations across a chain of bakery retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

· Contribute to sales strategies for the bakery brand(s), execute promotional plans, and implement cost-control measures to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance against forecasts; identify trends in customer behavior and purchasing patterns to maximize revenue and profitability.

· Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and operational standards, as well as to monitor the quality of customer service and product presentation.

· Review in-store execution and provide constructive feedback to store managers and head bakers to maintain high standards and consistent brand experience.
