Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage cross-border trucking operations In & Out Singapore connecting Malaysia and other ASEAN markets
• Monitor daily operations, capacity planning, and exception handling
• Coordinate with customs brokers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth cross-border movements
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance in line with customer SLAs

Product Design & Operation Excellence

• Design and own products such as consolidation, multi-modal
• Define product scope, service levels, transit times, cut-off times
• Support pricing and quotation by providing clear cost structures, service definitions
• Continuously refine products based on operational performance, customer feedback, and market changes
