Main aim of the job

Manage and improve responsible operation areas to be a Safe, quality oriented, high efficiency, customer focus, continues improving organization.

Reporting line

Supervisor – VP of Philippines

Subordinate – 2 Production managers+about 250 employees

Responsibility

1. Establish, manage and control budget and personal planning for the department.

2. Coordinate with plant controlling the regular monitoring and the budget achievement.

3. Work with QA function in order to analyze failure/scrap and improve the scrape rate and, ensuring the operators in production department to fulfill quality policies.

4. Define and provide the necessary training to develop the know-how of the team members and ensure a competitive service.
