Senior Operations Officer

Job Resonsibilities
Assist in gathering, validating and processing monthly BAU data from respective portfolios
Prepare and consolidate inputs for monthly reporting to ensure accuracy and timely submission
Support the improvement of selected data processes to enhance work efficiency, including Lift Performance Report, EUI and GM expiry tracking, Assets registration forms with EOL tracking
Assist in evaluating AI tools for SOW review to support BU
Help to organise and catalogue standard MEP design specifications/ briefs for supporting future BU CAPEX works
Assist to reseacrch and identify new innovations and technologies for sharing in Engineering forum
Gather Technical Services-related information and provide administrative support for ongoing and adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma in Building, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experiences in building operations management.
