Senior Operations & Planning Manager

We are looking for a planning-focused operations leader who can build structure, improve inventory health, and protect margin as we grow.

You will design and lead a structured planning system that ensures:

Accurate demand forecasting

Healthy inventory turnover

This is a planning-first role, not just factory supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Forecasting & S&OP

Build and maintain 6–9 month rolling demand forecast (DTC + retail)

Lead weekly and monthly S&OP meetings with Commercial and Finance

Model promotional uplift and seasonality impact

Improve forecast accuracy across SKUs

Develop ingredient-level MRP based on BOM explosion

Plan raw material and packaging requirements across shared SKUs

Manage MOQ optimisation and supplier lead times

Prevent material shortages and overstock

3. Inventory & Working Capital Control

Improve inventory turnover ratio
