Senior Operations Readiness Assurance Engineer (Senior ORA Engineer)

Job Purpose

Support development and execution of ORA deliverables across project lifecycle. The role ensures the asset is operable, maintainable, and ready for startup. This role works closely with ORA Manager, EPCIC Contractor, Operations Team and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ORA deliverables completed on schedule.
• Develop and execute ORA Plan.
• Maintain governance frameworks & readiness criteria.
• Interface with Engineering, AIM, Operations.
• Support cost optimization.
• Monitor ORA progress & risks.
• Align operations philosophy & procedures.
• Ensure risk mitigation measures embedded.
• Facilitate communication with EPCIC contractor.
• Perform QA on readiness documentation.
• Monitor shore base readiness.
• Support ORA manager as interface.
