Optical Engineering | Full-Time, On-Site | 5–10 Years Experience

→ B.E./B.Tech mandatory (M.Tech/M.Sc/Ph.D preferred)
→ Min: 5–10 years in optical system design for aerospace, defence, telecom, or laser systems
→ Pune on-site only — no remote, no hybrid
→ CTC : 12 LPA - 24 LPA (Depending on case to case basis)

About the Role
You will own end-to-end optical system architecture from conceptual design through prototyping, space qualification, and flight delivery. This is a leadership-level IC role with significant influence on the core technology roadmap. Not a support function — you lead the optics.
