Job Description
Required Skills:- Strong experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)- Hands-on experience in:- Configuration and customization- Business rules and workflows- Customer Portal and Agent interfaces- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)- Solid understanding of CRM and customer service processes- Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or automation tools- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:- Experience with Oracle CX Suite or other CRM platforms- Prior experience in onsite client environments- Familiarity with integration tools or middleware- Oracle Service Cloud certification (plus)- redwood
