Reporting to the Head of Development and Learning our client is seeking a highly experienced OD candidate to work closely with executives and key stakeholders to develop enterprise-wide people and culture programs that address both current and future organisational requirements. You will join  a team whose aim is to cultivate an agile and engaged organisation, partnering with the organisation to deliver high quality people programs that will ensure readiness to meet current and future challenges. Responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive OD initiatives at the enterprise level that support corporate objectives and advance the desired culture and workforce.
