Senior Overhead Transmission Lines Civil Engineer

Full‑time, Regular Employment.

Compensation

CAD 134,080 – CAD 184,000 per year.

Location & Work Arrangement

Hybrid (2 days a week in office). Can be based anywhere in Canada.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead a project design team, including junior and intermediate staff.
• Design overhead lines and associated facilities for voltages from 60kV to 735kV, including transmission towers, foundations, hardware and fittings.
• Prepare project documentation such as reports, specifications, proposals, estimates, design basis and test plans in accordance with CIMA+ practices.
• Lead and execute design work packages, managing scope, duration, effort estimates, schedule and cost for existing and new facilities.
• Deliver signed and sealed engineering deliverables as a Professional of Record per provincial regulations and CIMA+ practices.
