The Department

Ownership Management team is a dedicated team in the department who ensure that we deliver the customer-centric and quality experience to Owners along their ownership journey. Building and maintaining a long-term trustful relationship with our horse owners is the essence of what we do.

The Senior Officer/ Officer reports to a Senior Manager. One essential day-to-day job is to assist horse owners in all ownership matters throughout their horse ownership journey. We work cross-functionally in the Club and therefore good teamwork spirit and excellent communication skills are important to succeed the job. We also have the opportunity to work in each race meeting to socialize with the owners and provide them with attentive service, which helps us to have a better understanding of their behavior and preference through engagement.
